01Is there a fee to join the Priority List?
No. Joining the Priority List is free and carries no obligation. You’ll have first look at floorplans, pricing, and tour availability. A refundable $1,000 reservation deposit applies only if and when you choose to reserve a specific residence.
02When is move-in?
We expect the first residents to move in during early 2027, with flexible windows running through Fall 2027. The building topped off in December 2025 and is on track for completion. Priority List members will receive their targeted move-in window during Residence Selection.
03Are pets welcome?
Yes — 21 Hollywood is designed for pet residents. A modest pet deposit and monthly pet rent apply. Contact your residence advisor for breed and size details.
04What unit types are available?
Seven distinct floor plans: Studio, two 1-bedroom configurations (standard and 1BR+Den with flex room), three 2-bedroom layouts (including a premium corner unit with freestanding tub), and a spacious 3-bedroom corner unit — the largest in the building. All feature warm wood flooring, marble bathrooms, and private balconies.
05Will I be able to choose my unit?
Yes. Priority List members select their exact residence in order of registration during the Residence Selection window in Fall 2026. Floorplan, floor, and exposure are all yours to choose while inventory lasts.
06What amenities are included?
Level 5 features the resort-style pool deck, spa & sauna, fitness center, outdoor yoga terrace, and resident lounge. Level 2 has co-working spaces, conference rooms, and a private cinema. The ground floor includes a restaurant and retail. All amenities are included with your residence.
07Who is the developer?
21 Hollywood is developed by Starlife Group with interior design by Kaspary Interiors. The building celebrated its topping-off ceremony in December 2025 and is a 13-story mixed-use residential tower with ground-floor retail.
